About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Journal of Socio-Digital Integration (JSDI) (E-ISSN: 3164-5402) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by CV. Madiha Press in institutional collaboration with STIT Pringsewu. The journal serves as an interdisciplinary forum examining the critical convergence between digital technologies and socio-educational systems.

Rather than functioning as a broad, unfocused multidisciplinary repository, JSDI strictly limits its scope to the integration of digital tools, platforms, and psychological paradigms within the disciplinary foundations of its affiliated academic departments:

Core Thematic Domains

  • Digital Educational Governance & Leadership: Educational Management Information Systems (EMIS), digital leadership dynamics in educational organizations, data-driven institutional management, smart schooling governance, and the sociology of digital transformation in educational institutions.
  • Digital Pedagogy & Applied Language Learning: Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), digital curriculum design for Arabic and language acquisition, interactive multimedia development, and AI integration in language pedagogy.
  • Primary Education Technology & Child Cyberpsychology: Digital literacy and instructional media in elementary/madrasah education, gamification methodologies for young learners, and cyberpsychological studies assessing the impact of screen exposure, mobile apps, and social networks on child cognitive/behavioral development.

Out of Scope Notice

To preserve academic coherence, JSDI enforces strict desk-rejection criteria. Manuscripts falling under the following categories will not be considered:

  1. Pure computer science, software programming, or network engineering manuscripts lacking empirical application to education or human behavior.
  2. Traditional theological, exegetical, or normative studies without direct intersection with digital media or technology.
  3. Studies focused on commercial financial technology (FinTech), civil/family cyber law, business logistics, or macro-economic consumer behavior.

Publication Ethics and Policy

JSDI is committed to the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publication. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant fields. The journal utilizes an open-access model to ensure global, unrestricted access to scholarly work, thereby maximizing the visibility and impact of published research.
